Event Description

     Over the years, IGEM has become Southeast Asia’s premier trade event for green technologies and eco solutions, boasting a track record of RM53.1 billion business leads, with more than 4,000 exhibitors and over 600,000 visitors from 112 countries over the last 14 years. The event aims to provide a platform for solution providers and green energy businesses to access the fast-growing ASEAN market. It will showcase the latest innovations to policymakers, government organizations, investors, business leaders, academics, and industry experts, facilitating meetings, exchanges of insights on green technology, and new collaborations to enhance sustainability and contribute to global economic growth.

Celebrating its 15th anniversary, IGEM 2024 aims to feature 480 exhibition booths, attract 48,000 registered visitors from 48 countries, and generate RM4.8 billion in business leads with the theme “Race Towards Net Zero: Regional Leadership for Climate Urgency.” Furthermore, IGEM 2024, alongside CETA, is poised to attract a diverse array of participants from various sectors, including government agencies, industry leaders, academia, and civil society. It will unveil a renewed focus on five key sub-themes: Empowering Cities, Electrifying Mobility, Decarbonizing Energy, Accelerating Circularity, and Conserving Biodiversity.
